Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking number once it ships.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show its first update after the label is created.
Address Changes
Email hello@brazgoods.com with your order number as soon as you can. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
Lost Or Delayed Packages
If tracking has not updated in more than 10 days, or it shows delivered but has not arrived, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it cannot be found.
