Is it real leather?

No. The exterior is PU (vegan leather) with a polyester-cotton lining. We say so up front so the price and the look make sense together.

How big is it? What fits?

14.5 in wide, 9 in tall, 4.7 in deep (37 × 23 × 12 cm), about 1.65 lb (750 g) empty. A 13" tablet lies flat inside, with room for a wallet, phone, keys, makeup bag and a water bottle. Big enough for a day, not a weekend.

Can I wear it crossbody?

Yes. It has two top handles and a detachable strap with clips at both ends. Use the handles, the strap, or both.

How is it organised inside?

The main compartment has a zippered inner pocket, plus a hidden zip pocket for cards and cash and a dedicated phone pocket. Two studded front pockets with buckle trim hold keys and the small stuff.

Which print should I pick?

Brown is the classic and warmest with denim. Black is tonal, closest to a plain black bag. Black & White has the sharpest contrast and reads the most graphic. All three are the same bag at the same price.

Will the colour match the photos?

Close, but screens differ. If it isn't what you wanted, you have 30 days from delivery to return it unused.

Does the bag hold its shape?

The PU has a medium-soft structure. It slouches when it's half empty but keeps its horizontal shape rather than collapsing.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship in 1–3 business days and most arrive 7–14 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not right now. US only.

What's the return policy?

30 days from delivery to return an unused bag in its original packaging. Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Can I change my address or cancel?

Email us with your order number as soon as possible. We can change or cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet, usually within 24 hours of ordering.

How do the bundle discounts work?

Buy 2 and 10% comes off automatically at checkout; buy 3 and it's 15%. You can mix prints. No code needed.

What comes in the box?

One bag with its detachable crossbody strap attached. No pouch or dust bag.

How do I care for it?

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Don't machine wash, soak or use harsh cleaners. Store it stuffed or upright so the shape stays put.
