30-Day Fit Guarantee
Every BRAZ bra is covered by our 30-day fit guarantee. If the size or the shape isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or a full refund of the product price.
How to start an exchange or return
- Email aaronsantana906@gmail.com with your order number and whether you'd like a different size/color or a refund.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Once we receive the item, exchanges ship within 1–2 business days and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn (trying on over underwear is fine), unwashed, with hygiene liners and tags intact.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Bundle discounts are recalculated if only part of a bundle is returned.
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
