Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number, so you can use everything as soon as it lands.

Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your package. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show its first update after the label is created.

Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email hello@brazgoods.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can update it any time before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in more than 10 days, or your package shows delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it cannot be located.
